Design Services

Landscape design services are custom-created based on your specific requirements and property. Due to the personalized nature of our services, the following terms apply:

Cancellation Before Work Commences

If you cancel your order before any design work has begun, you may be eligible for a full refund of any deposit paid, minus a processing fee of 10% of the total deposit amount.

Cancellation After Work Has Begun

If you cancel your order after design work has commenced:

• You will be charged for work completed up to the cancellation date
• Any remaining balance will be refunded
• Completed design work remains our property until full payment is received

Installation Services

For installation and landscaping services:

Pre-Installation Cancellation

If you cancel installation services before materials are ordered or work begins, you may receive a full refund of any deposit paid, minus a 15% cancellation fee.

Post-Installation

Once installation work has been completed, refunds are not available. However, we provide warranty coverage for our workmanship and will address any issues that arise due to faulty installation or materials.

Warranty and Guarantees

We stand behind our work and offer the following guarantees:

• Workmanship warranty for 12 months from completion date
• Plant replacement guarantee for 6 months if plants fail due to installation issues
• We will address any defects in materials or workmanship at no additional cost

Refund Process

If you are eligible for a refund:

• Refund requests must be submitted in writing within 14 days of cancellation
• Refunds will be processed within 14 business days
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
• Processing fees may apply as outlined above

Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refund:

• Completed design work that has been delivered
• Custom materials that have been ordered specifically for your project
• Consultation fees if the consultation has already taken place
• Any services that have been fully completed

Dispute Resolution

If you have concerns about our services or wish to dispute a charge:

1. Contact us directly to discuss your concerns
2. We will work with you to find a satisfactory resolution
3. If we cannot resolve the issue, you may seek mediation or other legal remedies available under Australian consumer law

Nothing in this Return Policy limits or excludes your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. You may have additional rights and remedies that cannot be excluded, restricted, or modified.
